SOCIALLY-EDUCATIONAL EXCLUSION AS THE FACTOR OF RESEARCH INTO NEW APPROACHES TO CREATION OF PEDAGOGICAL CONCEPTS OF PRIMARY PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Annotation

The article raises the problem of social and educational exclusion that is treated as one of the components of social exclusion of teenagers (youth), i.e. their discharge from the process of social inclusion. This problem is especially relevant for teenagers (youth) from the families that have problems in material and educational aspects and that study at educational organizations of primary professional education, which from September 1, 2013 have become secondary institutions. According to the author, it is necessary to take a new look at approaches and strategy of curricula formation in educational organizations of primary and secondary vocational training, to introduce subjects the content of which would socialize the pupils’ personalities, promote development of the knowledge about social support and protection from the state. This is especially relevant for the teenagers who have difficult life situations and will prepare them for efficient adaptation in the varying society.
