Annotation

In article concerns the condition of ethno-cultural education in the Russian Federation in the context of implementing State Educational Standards of new generation. In this connection, researches of methodological problems of poly-cultural, ethno-regional education are quite topical and defined as priority direction in modern pedagogical science and practice. On the basis of the revealed contradictions in realization of optional component of education content, the author dwells on the principles of designing which are referred to as hypothesis of the given research.
