STRATEGY OF DEVELOPING EXPORT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF RUSSIA

Annotation

The article deals with the main directions of accumulating potential of the Russian state, questions of international relations, principles of international law and morals, achievement of peace between the states under complex and inconsistent conditions, restraint of war and military conflicts, expansion of strategic grounds in near and far-abroad countries. The author offers prognostic approach to the development of international educational space, strategy for developing export of educational services, the system of educational space of Russia. Its prospect of development at the international level is specified. The article provides conceptual approaches to the research of the stated problem.
