FOSTERING INTERETHNIC COMMUNICATION CULTURE OF STUDENTS IN CONDITIONS OF POLY-ETHNIC ENVIRONMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER SCHOOL

Annotation

The article proved grounds to prove the need to foster interethnic communication culture of students in pedagogical higher school. This need is reflected in the state documents of Russia. It is connected with objective and subjective reasons of occurrence and aggravation of interethnic conflicts in relations between people at the international, regional, group and interpersonal levels. The authors feel sure that prevention and elimination of conflict-causing factors is the main focus and aim of fostering interethnic communication culture of students in conditions of poly-ethnic environment of pedagogical higher school.
