THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO STUDYING THE CONCEPT “ADDITIONAL CONTINUOUS EDUCATION”

Annotation

Innovations in educational system result in creation of mechanisms or models of education systems which meet modern requirements of economy and directions of labor market development. The article covers the main concepts of pedagogy: education, training, additional education and continuous education in terms of their content as well as from the point of view of legislative base relevant for today. Basing on the heart matter of the concepts under study, the author offers new concept “additional continuous education” which is supposed to reflect specificity of new model of the educational system created on the basis of classical university.
