Annotation

The article deals with the technology of cluster interaction between educational organizations, businesses, public organizations as the factor of municipal educational system development. As for theoretical background of the technology of cluster interaction, the author refers to the ideas by Michael Porter about a cluster. The purpose the article is to show technological stages of educational cluster construction based on empirical research, in particular, purposes, problems, directions of activity, features of cluster interaction in municipal educational system. The author describes criteria for estimating efficiency of educational cluster activity and provides practical examples of advantages of cluster interaction technology, the system of social partnership in municipal educational system.
