Annotation

The article deals with the concept and content of benchmarking as a tool of strategic planning, continuous development of University activities with the help of tests and comparative analysis in order to gain a competitive advantage. In the article the authors show the results of the Institute activities and reveal the predominant principles of their development and improvement.
