Annotation

The article deals with the interrelation between communicative resource and professional efficiency of a teacher. Specific features of communicative aspect of pedagogical activity in innovative education are revealed. The role that communicative resources play in the success of professional performance of a teacher is shown. Teachers’ ideas seen as the factors which determine development of communicative resources are described. The author offers vectors of development of teacher’s communicative resource.
