PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE PROJECTS AS SPECIAL SUBJECTIVE STRUCTURES: THEORETICAL ASPECTS

Annotation

The article deals with the issue of life projecting as one of the relevant scientific directions of research which reveal the causal field of generation and realization of purposeful life. The authors treat subjective life project as a complex structure based on goal setting. It is shown that designing one’s life involves cognitive, emotional and activity-related resources. According to the authors, realness is the main condition for positive estimation of the future prospects. Inner choice is considered to be the significant mechanism underlying life projecting. The article proves the idea that personal vital plans determine development of subjective life plans, being not only internal regulators and vital choices, but also behavioral patterns. The authors of the article aspire to show that realization of vital plans and life designing is based on goal-setting processes.
