PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION OF SOCIAL ASYLUM TEACHERS WITH DIFFERENT WORK EXPERIENCE

Annotation

The article provides results of research of professional deformation of teachers of a social asylum with different work experience. Psychological features of the issue under study are revealed. Results of studying each structural component of professional deformation of teachers with different work experience are stated: personally notional; individual activity-related and communicative. It is proved that with the growth of professional experience in a social asylum teachers’ degree of professional deformation in all directions amplifies: personality changes, changes of activity, changes of professional interaction. Conclusions and results of research make a contribution to development of theoretical grounds of psychology of professional development and have practical importance as the approved diagnostic material can be recommended for revealing features of professional deformation of social teachers.
