FEATURES OF PHASE STRUCTURE OF KETTLEBELL JERK AND DISPLAYS OF MOTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ATHLETES WITH DIFFERENT PREPARATION LEVELS

Эрикенов Сеит Муратович

Annotation

The article proves urgency and demand for the use of new technological and technical scientific findings in training athletes for achieving high results in weightlifting. Features of phase structure of weight jerk are considered. The author describes the structure of jerk pull in weight sports. Biomechanical characteristics of movements and parameters of weight jerk of athletes with different level of preparation in conditions of using training complexes are revealed. Results of comparative analysis of biomechanical parameters of weight jerk are presented. The article includes biomechanical parameters received during empirical research of kettlebell lift and the use of simulator "Snail" with various resistance modes by the master of sports of the Russian Federation. It is stated that biomechanical parameters of weight jerk have qualifying distinctions. Thus, a master of sports of the Russian Federation compared to usual athlete consumes less energy in two basic phases - braking (the se
