INFLUENCE OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS OF TEENAGERS ON DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR SUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE
Annotation
The author proves that new growths acquired as a result of interpersonal interaction are reflected in subjective experience of teenagers which is the important factor of personal development contributing to evolution of teen’s personal standpoint. Peer environment has significant influence on personal development as well as does communication with domineering adults, first of all, parents and teachers. Interpersonal relations arising in groups of peers are considered in the article in the context of business and personal contacts. As for essential features of the condition of interpersonal relations in academic group, the author mentions degree of awareness of one’s individual position in it, certain status claims, understanding mutual relations with other members of the group and existing relations between members of the given group. The due level of trust-based interpersonal relations between teenagers and their peers, parents and teachers causes the fact that relations of such kindKey words
