Annotation

The article deals with methodological approaches to strategic management of the educational organization in the context of modern socio-cultural and innovative changes. The authors analyze various methodological approaches to strategic management in an educational organization (system, target, situational, procedural, and project-based) in national and foreign researchers, their influence on creating models of strategic management in view of the whole variety of subjective and objective factors of development. The role of each approach for solving a certain circle of administrative problems is stated. Thus, system approach makes it possible to differentiate precisely various components and subsystems in the structure of an educational organization and to present all administrative actions in their unity.
