MODERN FORMS OF ACADEMIC PROCESS IN THE INOVATIVE MODEL OF TRAINING PENAL ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM OFFICERS

Annotation

The article examines forms of educational and pedagogical process for penal enforcement system officers that meet the challenges and tasks of modern Penal System reorganization. They include active methods of teaching (modern academic and scientific development, reviews, trainings, business and role plays, modelling of practical situations, case-studies, participation in competitions for grants, in international competitions, etc.); computerization of training process (remote training, special electronic educational environment, standard electronic technologies and resources, etc.); offsite events (connected with training process – in penitentiary facilities, pretrial detention facilities; not connected with training process – excursions, joint rest); motivational elements of training (self-motivation, methods of moral and material stimulation).
