INNOVATIVE SYSTEM OF LITERARY DEVELOPMENT OF HEARING-IMPAIRED CHILDREN AT EARLY STAGES OF EDUCATION

Annotation

Innovative pedagogical system of literary development is considered a new pedagogical system within hearing-impaired students education system. It is a system of scientific and practical concepts covering the process of education with its ideas, principles, aims, tasks, content, methods, approaches, forms of organization and management of the process of teaching reading. In the article the author shows the necessity of creating an innovative system of literary development of hearing-impaired children at the early stages of their development. Also the main components (special, rich in content, connected with activities, effective) and the education stages (preparatory, elementary, basic, final) are described. The article is recommended for specialists working in special pedagogy.
