THE QUALITY OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF SPECIALISTS FOR BODIES OF TRUSTEESHIP AND GUARDIANSHIP FOR MINOR

Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of quality of professional education of specialists for trusteeship and guardianship bodies for minors. With acceptance and implementation of new professional standards in the spheres of work (including the standard “the specialist of trusteeship and guardianship body for minors”), the need to make general professional education (educational standards) comply with them and develop additional professional programs has arisen. Professional activity of specialists who work at guardianship institutions for minors is connected with providing assistance and protection of the rights and legal interests, social and other state guarantees of children and youth. The article provides analysis of the content of additional education for adults – additional professional program “Social and legal support and protection of the rights and social guarantees of minors”.
