PSYCHOLOGICAL PREDICTORS OF CREATING PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE PROJECTS BY INDIVIDUALS

Annotation

The article gives both theoretical and empirical judgment to the issue of creating professional and life projects by individuals. The author proves that it results in creation of some virtual image of positive future achievement of which is based on creative realization of a certain probabilistic algorithm. The author supports the idea that creation of professional and life projects is influenced by age, personality, gender and ethnic factors, which makes it possible to study them respectively. The influence of personality on the procedural aspect of creating professional and life projects is revealed in the article. Thus, it is reflected by the expected project outcome; project duration; its phenomenological level; reformative potential of the project; at the level of independence; projected reality; choice of the main means for its realization; number of the projects reflexed on.
