“SCHOOL OF THE YOUNG TEACHER” AS THE STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE REGIONAL EDUCATION

Annotation

The article deals with methodological approaches, objectives, tasks, conditions for organization of the regional system of adaptation, support and involvement of young teachers into innovative pedagogical activity. The author gives outline to methodological grounds of scientific and methodical support for new entrants into the teaching profession, ways to shape pedagogical consciousness, subjective features and development of reflection and sympathetic skills of young specialists during the first three years of their professional activity. The author claims great strategic importance of the uniform, open, self-organized informational regional space of pedagogical creativity and professional self-expression for pre-service teachers and new entrants into the teaching profession for the development of innovative regional education.
