THEORETICAL INSIGHT INTO PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE PROJECTS AS THE WAY TO ARRANGE INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY

Annotation

The article is devoted to the place of professional and life projects in organization of individual activity and solution of questions concerning socialization and professional improvement. The author points out that the works of foreign authors, focused on the study of organization of individual behavior aimed at achievement of certain purposes, can be referred to as the foundation for researches into life projecting. The article gives review to the works of national psychologists who actively develop this field of studies in terms of goal-setting, psychology of human life, course of life, life plans, psychology of time and self-organization of life time. The background of modus-based development of projects, according to the author, is made by researches into age, gender, ethnic perspective as well as psychology of personality.
