Annotation

The article provides analysis of determination for successful professional development of experts working in education. Priorities of modern practice of professional education are revealed in the article. The author describes students’ implications concerning the factors of successful vocational training. The article provides some data dealing with psychological features of future teachers. The author gives characteristic to value reference points of students of pedagogical departments, motivation for achievement and preferred behavior strategies in conflicts. The great role of self-development in the course of studies in higher educational institution is shown. The article also describes substantial characteristics of students’ demand for psychological and pedagogical support during their course of studies in higher educational institutions.
