Annotation

The features of modernization of the Russian multilevel education are opened in the article in the context of the ideas of the Bologna process. The author considers that internationalization of the Higher School is characterized by mutual rapprochement and enrichment of the national education systems. Multilevel education adapts much faster for the market economy and interests of students.
