Annotation

Renovation problems of secondary vocational education are under discussion in this article. Forming of the original independent policy in education is achieved by solving the regional educational communities problems. The strategy of secondary vocational education development is formulated. Educational complex of Rostov region is presented and its description as highly scientific educational and innovational one is given as well as the place of the secondary vocational education within the complex is defined.
