Annotation

The article is devoted to the importance of theory and practice of developing good human relationships in educating a person with high moral standards. The author determines the strategy and psychological and pedagogical principles of good human relationships development as well as the role of these principles and methods in the personal development through humanisation of the educational process. The author analyses the results of this strategy implementation in educational establishments of Kayakent Disctrict, the Republic of Dagestan. The author focuses on the potential of the method “From real me to ideal me” implementation in the process of personal self-development and suggests 6main principles of interpersonal relationships development by the teacher: cultural awareness, humanity, bipolarity, harmony, paradoxicality, spontaneity and integrative character.
