PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN THE ACTIVITY OF THE HEAD OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Annotation

The authors of the paper reveal specific aspects of project management in a preschool educational organization in terms of the main tendencies which are connected with transition to the model of developing education, working out the content oriented development of the value and notional sphere of children and their sociocultural experience with the use of innovative forms and teaching technologies. Special attention is paid to the setting and structure of education process, with parents and sponsors being the source of direct financing of educational services. The authors consider that the projects realized in the system of preschool education can include certain subprojects: technical, organizational and economic ones. These subprojects allow reaching integrity in quality management system as they are aimed at all aspects of activity of a preschool organization. The authors reveal some general features of projects, such as: focus on achievement of specific purposes, coordinated action
