SCOPE OF THE CONCEPT “PEDAGOGICAL SKILL” IN THE LIGHT OF PHILOSOPHICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SCIENCES
Annotation
The article raises the problem of defining pedagogical skill and covers the main researchers’ approaches to understanding of the purposes and problems of the issue under study. The author emphasizes that, according to the modern concept of pedagogical education, teachers have to be not only carriers and transmitters of information, but also organizers of relevant cognitive activity for students. It is evident that pedagogical skill being a section of pedagogical science arises with the advent of society; evolution of this skill can be traced in works by great thinkers. At the same time, pedagogical skill is presented in by a number of typologies and kinds. A special role in teaching activity belongs to the skill to build good collaborative relationship with students. In this respect, the author gives a detailed description to a modern teacher who has good pedagogical skills, which is seen as a system of intellectual, emotional, estimating, active and reflexive attitude to the world, toKey words
