Annotation
The article is devoted to the key directions in reforming higher school in the 21st century focused on the needs of labor market and requirements of the contemporary society of knowledge. Bologna Process has induced certain changes in the organization of higher education, shifting the focus on revision of educational content, new priorities in realization of competence-based model of teaching. The authors connect the strategy of higher school with the development of dynamic cross-disciplinary programs which meet the demands of both society and labor market.Key words
