Annotation

The article is devoted to the research into important factors which promote efficiency of professional activity and interconnection between professional implications and enthusiasm for work. The authors prove relevance of the research into enthusiasm for work as an independent phenomenon which has its own structure. The article provides results of empirical research of interrelation between professional implications and work satisfaction of staff of preschool educational institutions. The article provides the detailed analysis of the arisen interrelations alongside with the possible causes of their emergence. The received research results allow developing individual recommendations how to increase work efficiency of kindergarten teachers.
