Annotation

The authors of the article state the need and efficiency of applying information and communication technologies in academic process and describe experience of introduction of the advanced information and communication technologies in schools of Germany. The paper is based on research data of German scientists devoted to the factors which determine efficiency of the use of information technologies, levels of media competence of pupils and teaching styles as well as some outcomes of the conducted researches in this area.
