A teacher in blended learning: search for meanings and methodical findings

Annotation

The article makes an attempt to analyze the potential of blended learning in preparation of the rising generations for life in digital society. The authors give outline to the new content of traditional didactic principles in blended learning. The new didactic principles of blended learning include the following ones: the principle of interactivity and communicativeness; digital focus of education; innovativeness; searching for meaning. The authors draw the conclusion that self-comprehension of a teacher changes in the conditions of blended learning: at the gnostic level there occurs reorganization and updating of self-consciousness and consciousness: the attitude to pedagogical process alters, the structure of interaction of components of educational process, style of pedagogical thinking, methodology of solving professional tasks are renewed.
