Annotation

The article deals with forms and methods of contact work of teachers and students in the electronic informational and educational environment of higher educational institution. The authors describe the main purposes, principles and methodical approaches to organization of independent work of students. The paper also proves the need to create the system of pedagogical measurement means at higher educational institutions which is supposed to provide the qualified estimation of ability and readiness of students to carry out professional activity.
