THE INFLUENCE OF MOTHERHOOD ON DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONALITY AND FAMILY RESOURCES OF WOMEN

Annotation

The article is devoted to the influence of motherhood on development of personality and family resources of women. The authors focus attention on the fact that acceptance of the role of mother by the woman creates a crisis situation which is followed by the long mental tension and stress under the influence of routine problems. The authors analyze the ways of overcoming difficult life situations. Features of the use of family resources are considered by the women having children. The authors emphasize that mothers consider emotional relations with the spouse and children the greatest emotional resource. The main sources of development of their personality are: matrimonial love, empathy, friendship, acceptance of each other, close emotional connection with the child, forecasting his/her successful future. The authors draw a conclusion that acceptance of the mother’s role by the woman is a powerful incentive for further development of her personality.
