INTERCONNECTION BETWEEN IDEAS ABOUT SUCCESS AND MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS’ SUCCESSFUL ACTIVITY

Annotation

The article deals with the phenomenon of success and successful activity of a person. The author proves the relevance of the research into the concept of success in modern life. The review of works by national and foreign researches devoted to success is provided the paper. The author distinguishes between four main approaches to the study of this problem in foreign psychology. The empirical research of interconnection between ideas about success and motivation of successful activity is described. The author describes a complex of tools used to study these phenomena: “Research of ideas about success” (O.Yu. Klochkovà); “Diagnostic tool of personal motivation tu success” (T. Ehlers); “Motivation tu success and fear of failure” (A.A. Rean’s questionnaire). The paper gives detailed analysis to the arisen interrelations as well as possible causes of these interrelations. The received results allow developing individual recommendations how to increase efficiency of professional activity and
