DESIGNING INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL ROUTES OF MASTER STUDENTS OF LOGOPEDIC EDUCATION PROGRAM AS MEANS OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The article deals with the concept “individual educational route” in the light of national and foreign researchers. The author gives definition to this term which is understood as a well-structured educational program based on innovative pedagogical technologies and aimed at creative self-development and professional and personal growth of undergraduates ready to join in correctional and pedagogical activity, supported and controlled by higher educational institution teaching staff. The paper covers the process of designing individual educational routes of undergraduates who study Logopedic Education as mechanism of individualization of their professional development. The author describes the algorithm of passing an individual educational route and shares some examples from students’ experience.
