Annotation

The article deals with the main trends in supplementary education modernisation and tackles upon the peculiarities of the educational process in view of androgogic approach, a number of social and economic factors and the influence of corporate cultures on the content of supplementary professional training and motivation of the students. The author focuses on the communicative competence of the students as one of the main peculiarities of the modernisation process. She also suggests an experimental model of its realisation and shows the results of the implementation of the complex unity of conditions in the system of supplementary professional education.
