PSYCOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF SUCCESSFUL FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION COMPETENCE IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

Annotation

In the article psychological and pedagogical conditions of successful formation of students’ informational and communicational competence in foreign language teaching are described. In the conditions of transition to the informational society the Russian educational paradigm has undergone certain changes, which has resulted in the occurrence of new kinds of competences, such as informational and communicational competence. The main principle of training and education is that of continuity. Successful development of the informational and communicational competence is possible in case a number of conditions are created. They can be grouped as follows: «school-higher education» continuity; continuity in the process of the student’s transition from one educational system to another; continuity in the organization of training process in information and communication subject field; training success monitoring.
