Annotation

Modern society demands specialists who have acquired a complex of theoretical knowledge, practical training enabling them to pursue their future career, and who have developed necessary personal qualities. A specialist has to be capable to cooperate effectively with partners and to perform the transforming function. Competence-based approach forms the scientific basis for the development of such specialists. The main function of the teacher’s professional pedagogical activities becomes the development of the methodical system, aimed at developing independent and creative student’s activities. The teacher-consultant, teacher-moderator and tutor supports the student promoting effective realization, evaluation and correction in the process of professional competences development.
