DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNGER GIFTED CHILDREN IN COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
Annotation
The purpose of this research is to describe pedagogical conditions of personal development of younger gifted children in conditions of a comprehensive school. On the basis of age-related features analysis, the following ones are singled out: humane pedagogical attitude, development of positive self-concept, person-oriented approach basing on the subject position of a pupil; refusal to be guided by an average pupil; psychological and pedagogical diagnostics of children’s aptitude, designing programs for individual development.Key words
