ANALYSIS OF AMBITION AS MOTIVATIONAL MENTAL ISSUE

Annotation

The article provides results of theoretical and methodological analysis of the ambition phenomenon as motivational and mental issue in various spheres of humanitarian knowledge – philology, religion, ethics and philosophy, pedagogical science and psychology. The author defines the contents of ambitious aspirations of the person. Moral estimation of ambition (positive, negative, dialectic) and its kinds in pedagogical science (normal and abnormal) are also considered.
