Annotation

The article is devoted to the methodology of a systematic approach to management of a modern educational establishment in works of the Russian and foreign scientists. The author reveals conceptual levels of educational systems analysis and theoretical bases of the systematic approach to management. The organization is defined as a factor enabling the existence of management. The article also touches upon control system tools. The concept of an entrepreneurial organization with reference to the educational system and characteristic features of innovative university of entrepreneurial type are given careful consideration.
