Annotation

The article proves the topicality and suggests theoretical substantiation of the concept of moral and patriotic values development. The author suggests the concept of construction of the system of moral and patriotic values development with cadets of higher military schools of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The article reveals contradictions and signs of decline of moral and patriotic values of cadets of higher military schools. The author also specifies the notion and gives the definition of moral and patriotic values. Ways of integration of military and civil higher education into the development of the problem of moral and patriotic values formation are also suggested in the article.
