Annotation

New transformations taking place in the modern education are considered in this article. Education is becoming more communicative. Pedagogical correlation is regarded as a social context of communication in education. Realization of priorities of the modern educational policy presupposes creation of special social educational institutes. It is also necessary to establish a social expertise institute in education. In this article three basic criteria are distinguished for the realization of the social effectiveness assessment.
