ROLE OF PEDAGOGICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS’ RESEARCH WORK IN THEIR PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The article is aimed at determining the role of pedagogical college students’ scientific work in the development of professional competence of a future pedagogical worker capable of independent and critical thinking. The scientific novelty of the research is proved by fact, that students’ scientific-research and project activities are analysed within the structure of general professional competence of a future teacher, where the professional competence of a future teacher in designing and developing the project is regarded as integrative characteristics of a specialist involving the ability to develop in the educational space according to an individual development trajectory in accordance with personal qualities.
