Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of developing scientific support of the personnel professional training programmes in the framework of pedagogical theoretical and methodological strategies to ensure the development of the modern higher educational institution in the context of advanced educational model. The content characteristics of this model are stipulated by the methodology of the competent, informational, qualimetric, person-oriented and hermeneutical approaches and allow regarding the educational quality management phenomenon as a methodological concept integrating basic strategies of the contemporary society development, its culture and education
