Annotation

The scientific article specifies the meaning of the concepts “education” and “development” in spiritually focused paradigm. The author underlines the interrelation of the processes of education and development in professional and spiritual development of future teachers of music, both on the theoretical level and in practice in the context of higher education. The sphere of interaction of these processes in training a teacher-musician is defined. The author comes to the conclusion that successful professional and spiritual development of a future specialist depends on the coordination of external objective conditions of spiritual education with internal potential of their spiritual development.
