Annotation

The article is devoted to the innovative research aimed at teaching pre-school children road-safety behaviour. The authors present the system of activities designed for a pre-school educational institution, where a child performs an active role in various activities, aimed at acquisition and successful implementation of the road traffic regulations. Acquisition of road traffic regulations is based on the child’s analysis of real life and development of his/her attitude to his/her own health and health of other people. The authors also consider the problem of teaching pre-school children through their parents’ and social institutions’ active participation in the educational process, which allows developing a cultured and spiritual person, who will always rely, both on the road and in life, on the rules formulated on his/her own.
