STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE COMPETENCE OF A MANAGER IN THE SPHERE OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The article is devoted to the competence of a manager in the sphere of strategic management of an industrial enterprise development. The purpose of the research is to reveal the structural and functional components of this competence and the ways they interact. On the basis of the survey of literary sources the author formulates the definition of the competence in question as an integral characteristic of a personality. Functional and structural components of this phenomenon are revealed and differentiated by structural analysis. The author also shows a scheme of interaction of the revealed components, which makes it possible to determine specific features of their development.
