Annotation

The article dwells on the problem of the formation innovation and entrepreneurial educational institution and the ways of its organizational structure; there is also given the author’s position regarding the notions «innovation superior educational institution» and «entrepreneurial educational institution» and the examples of organizational structures that help in integration of educational, scientific, innovation and production processes in educational institution.
