This article is dedicated to the following issues: definition of Individual Educational Track at the stage of professional formation of a specialist; development of IET in cooperation with an educator, which determines pedagogical support during its selection and realization; professional competence, acquired by students in the process of realization of IET; the problem of professional mobility as a condition of successful realization IET.
