TO THE ESTIMATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF RESOURCES OF SCIENTIFIC POTENTIAL EDUCATION SYSTEMS

Annotation

The article substantiates the methodological approach to research activities as to the process of development of the basic resources of the scientific potential. Indicators of estimation of development of a scientific-information resource characterize the process of the educational reform. Results of generalization of a number of scientific and pedagogical researches reflect features of development of scientific potential in subjects of the country. There tend to be fewer dissertations, which cannot promote the growth of scientific and information and personnel maintenance of the education system.
