Annotation
The authors analyse a number of problems emerging in students’ real pedagogical practice and emphasise the necessity of its organization improvement in the system of professional pedagogical education. The article presents a model of distance-students’ pedagogical practice organization presupposing several stages: preparatory, structural and reflective. Variable approach forms the methodological basis of distance-students’ pedagogical practice organization. The authors reveal the principles and conditions of distance-students’ variable pedagogical practice organization; determine the main characteristics of tutorial as a form of organization of interaction between students and lecturers in order to create an individual trajectory of pedagogical practice realization.Key words
